Islam represents an existential threat to Australia, its people, and its cultural heritage; in fact, it is a threat to the whole planet, as the aim is to turn every country into an Islamic state subject to Shariah law, based on the Qur'an and Hadith. The Bondi Beach massacre of 14 December 2026, and going back in time to the Broken Hill massacre of 1 January 1915, are testament to that ongoing threat. Statements by senior Islamic officials around the world support that global aspect of the threat, and evidence for it being carried out is prominent across Europe and in the United States. For example, the following comment by an Iman at the Al-Khoei mosque, New York, following a presentation there on 20 February 2026, in reply to a speech by fellow Muslim and mayor of New York, Zorhan Mamdani:

The Qur'an sets out the requirement of all Muslims to kill anyone who is not a Muslim, i.e., Infidels, as prescribed by the leader of the Al-Khoei mosque. Islamic ideology is antithetical to Western democratic values. Amongst the almost 2 billion Muslims on the planet, a large number are apologists or covert quasi-Muslim. However, as they are all afraid to publically criticism Islam - the punishment for that is death - they are mute. They are mute when terrorist attack occur; they are mute to the mysogeny of Islam; they are mute to the pedophilia, the homophobia, the racism, the sexism, the religious intolerance, the call to jihad, and the fact that Islam is a death-cult ideology presenting as a religion. A fatwa is an Islamic decree stating that an individual, or group of individuals, should be killed by Muslims when the opportunity arises. This is a despicable action and has no place in Australian society. The Australian Fatwa Council should be banned by the Federal government.
