Q: Why are you coming here?

Alien: We are part of an interstellar group from inside our galaxy - beings from different star systems that work together and visit different planets in the galaxy surveying what the state of evolution is of the various lifeforms on those planets.

Alien: Well, it is sort of like what you would refer to as God, but a lot different than you think....

1. Introduction

The present writer holds a belief in the concept of external consciousness, as it applies to both Cosmic Consciousness and individual consciousness as experienced by humans on planet Earth. Within this context, consciousness is defined as that non-physical part of reality which defines a unique sentient being and their experiences. In regard to human beings, this is often referred to as the soul, the essence, the psyche or the individuality. Consciousness is not derived from the physical body or brain, but is intimately connected to them. It has no physical boundaries, or boundaries in time and space (spacetime) but is closely related to the physical body, or a location and present where it generally resides. The external consciousness concept encompasses all those important contemporary Earth-based theories regarding the so-called science of consciousness, though scientists mostly realise that they will never be able to describe or fully understand consciousness whilst ever they adhere to the physicalist, empirical philosophy which is as the core of the scientific endeavour and process. Physics, neuroscience and philosophy have long battled with defining what consciousness it, and realise that it is a hard problem to solve. Some, in fact, believe that it will never be solved whilst ever there is adherence to a materialistic model.

Reality is comprised of both the physical and the non-physical, with consciousness at the centre of the existence of sentient life in the universe. It exists in various levels, with humans said to be at level three on a scale of five. Its origin is with the original cosmic consciousness, generally referred to on Earth as God, though extra-terrestrially as the Creative Source. Human beings and all sentient life are fractal elements of this cosmic consciousness, and this ultimate entity is the only one which can actually create "life", or individual consciousness, which is done from fractalisation.

The writer, as a Christian and Buddhist, believes that human being cannot create life, or consciousness, and that that task lies solely with the original creator, the source cosmic consciousness, or God. Human and sentient beings can of course replicate sexually or otherwise, but that process does not result in the creation of life; it only results in the creation of a physical body which can interact with the fractalised individual consciousness and bring to so-called life that physical body.

Though unable to create life, sentient beings are, to some degree, able to manipulate consciousness. Earthly star seeder Elena Danaan, in a July 2024 presentation, spoke at length in regard to advanced levels of manipulation of consciousness by Alien races, both with the assistance and support of the Creative Source, but also in an abusive, non-sanction manner as, for example, previously practised on Earth by the Draco Reptilians and Nibiru Greys. These two groups occupied the Sol system until late 2021 when they were driven out by the Galactic Federation of Planets (Danaan 2022, Salla 2024).

The following article compiles information on this subject and discusses some of its implications for the future of human kind.

2. Elena Danaan on consciousness 2024

On 15 July 2024 Exopolitics presenter Dr. Michael Salla published on YouTube an interview with Elena Danaan, following on her presentation at a conference in France. During that presentation she had spoken at length on the subject of consciousness as it applies extra-terrestrially. Within the interview with Salla she summarised that part of her presentation. In the absence of a copy of the actual presentation in French, the interview is presented below, with the consciousness discussion beginning at 6.45 minutes in. This video was the present writer's introduction to the subject of consciousness manipulation beyond the realm of the Creator.

[The following transcript is of the Elena Danaan interview text from 6.45 minutes through to 21.00 minutes. Some minor editing has taken place to enhance comprehension.]

Michael Salla: Your presentation was very interesting. You talked about consciousness. Could you, briefly cover what it was that you were discussing?

Elena Danaan: I wanted French people to discover the mechanism of consciousness and what is consciousness, where it originates from, what we are made of, what are the different types of consciousness, and what is the process of evolution of incarnation into matter. I went over all these topics.

MS: One of the things that is very interesting is the difference between consciousness and soul. Is there a difference, or are they the same thing, and how does that relate to the fractal nature of the universe?

ED: The terms soul and consciousness are often used both for the same thing. Consciousness is the awareness, the sentience, the existence, and some people call it the being that is aware of itself. The word soul can be used for this. But also the word soul has been used for the etheric body, the all light body. It is two different things, but it merges at one point because the etheric body is the core seed of who we are - the consciousness. We are conscious of ourselves; we are sentient; and we are also at the same time a plasmic consciousness, a plasmic being that goes from avatar to avatar along incarnations. So I would say soul and consciousness are pretty much the same thing, to make it more simple.

MS: That's my understanding as well. Would you agree or disagree that there is technology that some extraterrestrials use to remove a soul or consciousness from one body to another body?

ED: Yes. I have been told about these technologies. This is unnatural and you usually don't do this except if you have a specific program. There are dark programs and [light] positive programs. The dark programs are programs performed by, for instance, dark secret space programs, or the Draco Reptilians or Grays when they want to study consciousness and study a soul. So they will extract a soul from a human and put it in a Reptilian or a Gray body, to see if, for instance, they would become empathic, or have the powers of the human soul. But they don't, because they have a hive consciousness. Also, in the dark secret space programs, for instance, they will take a consciousness to put some of it in a clone or a super soldier.

In a positive space program, for example, a super soldier may be fatally wounded, such that you cannot repair the body because you do not have the technology at hand. So you have the choice to extract the person's consciousness and put it in a clone, and that works a lot. I think Tony Rodrigues had this kind of experience as well (Rodrigues 2021).

MS: I remember interviewing Randy Cramer and him telling me that there was technology - he called it soul scalping - where they could take a portion of the soul - just a small portion - to animate a clone and he described how when they did that the clone was often kind of lethargic and didn't have the vitality of a normal human, but was still functional and could still do the things it was ordered to do. I remember him saying that up to 10,000 soul extracts could be taken to populate clones. Is that possible, do you know?

ED: Yes, it's possible, and in that case you create an artificial hive, with the queen, if we can call it that, or a king clone is the original consciousness that stays in the original body, but which is still aware. And everything the queen or king thinks then all the clones are thinking. It is interconnected because it is the original, the same individual consciousness, because humans are individual consciousness. So it's fractal, and it is still one consciousness even if it is fractal in many parts, it is still one. So there is a kind of a hive system there.

MS: One of the guests I interviewed George Cabaslas believes that someone that's centered in their soul consciousness absolutely cannot be affected by technology. What what do you think about that?

ED: I think that's very interesting because if you manage to have the full control of your being, your soul and all consciousness, you can achieve that. I believe it's achievable that you can resist technology and you can train your being to be unbreakable. I will give you an example that's bit of a sidetrack. I have studied Shamanism and in Shamanism I have been taught methods which are called Soul Retrieval. So, under trance, you are going to see retrieved pieces of souls, of consciousness, that a person has left in, for instance, places where they maybe had a car accident, or were traumatized and a piece of them has remained anchored at a quantum point, and they are linked still; or, for instance, they had a childhood trauma and a piece of their soul would be stuck in time as them as a child. So you go and find these pieces and you bring them back to put it back into the body through the chakras. There's a system to do that. So that's very interesting too, because that's a natural phenomenon; it occurs naturally with emotional trauma.

We can talk about the star seeds as well. Star seeding is the same process for those who decide to keep their original bodies in stasis in a pod, and project their consciousness into a fetus somewhere else in the universe. So that is also technology extracting consciousness from a body that is put in stasis and sending this consciousness with coordinates somewhere in the womb of a woman in another planet. That is also not the exact same technology, but it is still done with technology.

MS: Fascinating. Maybe if we just finish up talking about this fractal nature of the universe and human existence. Do we step into our full power if we can integrate or understand how we are mirrors of all that is?

ED: Yes, that is one of the the points I really want to push everyone to discover and understand in understand. What I saw with my own eyes is that the universe is the creation of a Creator source that is an eternal reservoir of consciousnesses. It is one consciousness and this consciousness, which is the source of consciousness, is constantly shooting like arrows fractals of itself throughout the Universe, the creation; and each arrow is a part of the central consciousness. We can say that every fractal of this big source of consciousness is the same.

We spoke about soul scalping, which is done artificially, and this idea of a central consciousness with little fractals of itself it's exactly the same way of thinking. So when we realize that everyone as a sentient being is a fractal of Creator Source, and that illusion is the separation and vice versa, we realize that we are made of the same substance as the Creator, or however you want to call it. When we realize that you think, "Oh, but I can create as well!" Yes, we co-create our consciousness, co-create our reality, with the Creator we are co-creators.

As I describe in my presentation, there are three constants that make up the universe - time, space, and consciousness. Time is eternity, space is infinity, and consciousness is Oneness. So when we are aware that time is eternal, there is no beginning, there is no end. It is field, a quantum field. Everything exists at the same time. And space is infinity. Space is not like Einstein described the wave space continuum. It is not like a mesh. It is a quantum field and there are no boundaries. And consciousness, the third constant of the the creation, is Oneness there. There is not one master Creator and a little sub source. No. Everything is one. Every Creator is not only Source. The Source is creation, it is us. We are Creator.

MS: I think that's very important, that kind of connection that we can make between our individual self and the universal self. People have different ways of talking about it, but I agree that the more we can make that connection, or integrate that, the more we become immune or we're protected from all of these technologies that the dark Forces have, because it's a scary thing.

When I first came across the knowledge that there is technology that could transfer my consciousness from this body to another body, I remember being contacted by a young man who says that he had an affair or fell in love with with a girl who was only 14 and and her father belonged to the Illuminati, and and he was punished because he didn't listen. He was taken into one of these programs and he said that his consciousness was transferred into the body of another 14 year-old girl. And it's scary that they can do that.

ED: Yes, with technology you can do that. Yes, indeed.

MS: But achieving this unity consciousness, this understanding that we are one with the universal creator, then we are protected from that stuff.

ED: Yes, and we are protected from any information carried by fear to put us down and to divide and conquer us. The agenda is something that we know. We are not subject anymore to be influenced to be divided in groups, because when we really assimilate this awareness that we are one of the fractals of the one one creator - which is also us - the only separation is the physical separation, is the bodies we borrow for a lifetime to experience it all. We are Creator experiencing Evolution through our Lives. So once we realize that, nothing can influence us anymore and we understand that we can co-create this reality. Consciousness has the power to create reality. If we don't know that, I always say the capital letter agencies (e.g. CIA, FBI) know know it.

4. Types of manipulation

The above Elena Danaan interview extract contains detail on some of the methods utilised by Aliens to manipulate the consciousness of sentient beings. References are made therein to 'technologies' utilised, though there are no details provided. As such, the following is a summary of the methods mentioned, with reference to the primary users:

* Soul Splicing (Dark Hats) - whereby extracts of consciousness are forcefully taken from human beings by Dark Hat aliens such as the Draco Reptilians and Grays, and placed in clones or Alien bodies. As both races were expelled from the Sol System at the end of 2021, this method is seemingly no longer applied locally. It was mentioned that up to 10,000 splices of a single consciousness could be taken. This is perhaps similar to the Horcrux process in the Harry Potter novels, whereby elements of the soul or consciousness are placed within a physical entity such as a person or thing.

* Star Seeder (White Hats) - whereby a consciousness is taken from one body and placed in another, at a distant location. This process has been utilised on Earth by Aliens from locations such as the Pleiades and Orion galaxy. Individuals such as Maria Orsic and Elena Danaan have been identified as Seeders. In this process, the person projects their consciousness into the new, receptive body or womb. As the individual consciousness is timeless and operates outside of space and time, such a process can be undertaken at any such time and within any location.

* Super Soldier Program (Dark Hats and White Hats) - whereby the single consciousness attached to a body damaged beyond repair is transferred to another, cloned body.

* Extraction (Dark Hats) - whereby a full consciousness is forcefully extracted from a human and placed in an Alien body to enhance that body. For example, to add independent thought and empathy to a hive body of a Draco Reptilian or a Gray.

* Life extension (Dark Hats and White Hats) - whereby a full consciousness is extracted from an aged or sick body and placed in a new body - a foetus or a clone - to extend the physical life.

Danaan and others such as Oona of Aldeeran make reference to the role played by the Creative Source (i.e. the original cosmic consciousness) in the process of manipulating individual consciousness, but once again the detail is scant. If consciousness is non-physical (i.e. not tied to physical body or brain) then ability to engage in the above processes is greatly simplified. It is perhaps like taking a cutting from a plant, and regrowing that plant in a different location, whilst still maintaining a link to the original plant, as can happen in nature on Earth.

5. Oona of Alderaan

The following communication was presented by Elena Danaan on 24 June 2024 in her Star Nation News episode #36, by Oona, Altean Seeders Faction Emissary to Sol. Oona is from the planet Alderaan and her message represents a communication from a higher intelligence, extraterrestrial being, explaining the connection between fractalised consciousness, the ultimate cosmic consciousness (called therein Her, the female Creator Source), and the work of Oona's civilisation in "seeding" dead planets throughout the galaxy and bringing life to them. It is a profoundly significant document in connecting the aforesaid elements and provide us with a picture of humanity's future potential. Of course, it is a totally non-physicalist explanation of the role of consciousness in the universe and leaves us with not only answers but also questions. Also, it does not specifically address the issue of manipulation of consciousness, but does reveal aspects of the relationship with the Creative Source.

Statement by Oona

I was away for a short time, back in my home galaxy of Aldeeran. There was a meeting of the Aldeeran branch of the Intergalactic Confederation Council. We were gathered to oversee the development of our mission to seed worlds that have been decimated by natural or external causes. I am a member of the group of geneticists and terraformers known to you as "The Seeders". There will come a day when Earthlings will be educated in this science of life-engineering, and they will see that genetics and terraforming, at the level required for such a task, are a single discipline.

The ways of attaching consciousness to a body is exactly the same process as creating an electro-magnetosphere for a world. The same techniques and technologies are used. We may seem very advanced in these sciences to earthlings, and our knowledge may sound cryptic at times, but we are closer to the Source of all things than they can imagine. We have developed technology paired with consciousness, not with implants or devices put into our bodies, but with the expansion of our consciousness' interaction field. Not in a notion of space but on from synthetic to organic. This may seem strange to many of those listening to my words, but the organic morphing of technologies, such as spaceships, is a very common development in highly evolved societies. One day you will remember that the highest technology in the universe is consciousness.

We meet physically at regular intervals, for we share our frequencies with each other, something that cannot be accomplished by holographic projection. Our meeting dealt with the overall situation of the work of the Aldeeran scientists with the Nine in the seeding of our and other galaxies. The Nine contacted us and we reported to them. They are assisting the Creator Source by being Her manifestations in her creation. And as the most advanced civilizations in this universe, we are assisting them and protecting this work. The reports were very satisfying and conclusive as a million new worlds have been secured, monitored and protected. The higher we evolve as a culture, the closer we go back to Source and the more we are getting involved with Creation. We become aware that we are the Creator, co-creating through our actions and thoughts. It is a long way to travel back to where we were once born, as offshoots of the Creator's consciousness, experiencing evolution through her own creation in order to evolve herself. I am Oona, the Seeders' Faction emissary to the Sol system.

This statement provides a map and answers to questions regarding the origin of the universe and of consciousness, namely, in lying with the Creator Source or cosmic consciousness, and of humans being fractal elements of that cosmic consciousness. Just as The Lord of the Rings character Tom Bombadil was a Middle-earth manifestation of God's being as the Holy Spirit, in the form of J.R.R. Tolkien's Secret Fire or Flame Imperishable, so we too, like Oona and her people, are elements of that and, with time, can get closer to that state of being in the evolution of our consciousness. In light of this knowledge, one can only look with disdain upon the limited view of this reality provided to us by physicality and Earth-based science when humans are presented as the ultimate holders of knowledge and truth in the universe. In such a case we simply need to look away, turn towards the light and take on board what we sense and feel every moment of our lives, namely, the non-physical reality of our individual consciousness.

6. Peter Maxwell Slattery

Australian Peter Slattery, in a 2024 interview with Michael Salla, outlined the process of creation as it applied to human beings and Earth. This explanation coincides with many others in disparate descriptive sources such as the Bible and J.R.R. Tolkien's Annulindae within his Middle-earth legendarium:

.... The way it was explained to me was that to all realities there is a light blueprint. Everything is consciousness and awareness. That goes into a vibratory state which is sound. Sound creates light. Light creates matter.

Before life can exist on any planetary body, the Elohim - who can construct from the stars and where the planets go - when the environment is at a certain level they will come in from a light blueprint level and appear in a physical way. We have all got a light blueprint; we have all got our light body that is our natural state.

They will go from that into a physical [body] which is neither male nor female. It is almost like the Elohim will nurture and work with the environment until it's time for male and female vessels to be created. This can even be done through thought on a physical level. Then, as that is done, they can procreate for new souls to come in and incarnate and experience.

Apparently this is what is done first on any planetary body, even with all life forms such as animals, from a light blueprint state. But in some cases we have had the Valarians coming here plus 20 million years ago and tinkering with things. So it is like the Elohim first create the life, and you have other evolved life now tinkering with new creations.

There are Elohim beings that like to be able to traverse from a non-physical state to a physical state. Now whether this is sex power or all these different things, they did not want to go back to the light blueprint state, or source. To do that, they have got to be in a lower vibratorial state. But they are already master beings because of the capabilities that they have got. So what you have got in some way is a convoluted situation in the end where there is no good and there is no bad. But what there is I know now is a counteract that goes on within source of a balancing act, which we are going through now. It does not mean I condone the child trafficking and this that and the other. I don't. I don't get it. I hope people don't go there. But the Elohim are the creative beings, full stop, and they will do this on every planetary body. So I am not talking about physical beings. They will appear and they can live a physical life if they want to.

So, the explanation that I had later on is that Anunnaki - the original Anunnaki in this neck of the woods - was from Lyra and I have heard others say from Sirius and elsewhere that I have talked to behind the scenes. But the way it was put to me is that the Anunnaki is a word, and we have heard this through other things and people saying this, that those who are from the heavens came to Earth. Well, you could mean that is coming from another planet, or from space to Earth. The other way you could look at this is they have gone from the light blueprint, like the Elohim have, and they have appeared in physical form. So this is where that term is very much a broad term. It is like saying human, but what human is it - an earth human, or is it a human from Mars? Is it a human from somewhere in Orion or the Pleiades or elsewhere? (Slattery 2024)

6. Crystal Skulls & Sun

As described above, individual consciousness can be "transferred" by Aliens, who have developed beyond that of Earth-based humans. Whilst this usually involves complex and advanced humanoid beings, according to the Earth-based theory of Panpsychism, consciousness is present in all aspects of the physical world, from a single cell amoeba through to mammals and human beings. This extreme view is heavily criticised by the academy. However, some scientists and commentators such as Sheldrake have, for example, identified the Sun as sentient, possessing the plasma consciousness referred to above by Danaan.

By "transferred" we are referring to two processes: (1) The complete consciousness of a being and it

7. Playing @ God?

There is no doubt that the revelations by Danaan raise the spectre of human and extraterrestrial sentient beings playing at being God, or Creative Source, when they participate in the manipulation of consciousness. As stated at the outset of this article, the role of creation of individual consciousness, as in life or a soul, is, according to the belief of the writer, solely in the hands of the original creator, or God. We can see from the Salla and Danaan discussion that subsequent manipulation of consciousness can be both positive and negative, with a spectrum of variance inbetween. As it stands, human beings are largely unaware of such manipulation, and in fact are still grappling with the whole concept of consciousness. The vast majority of scientists and philosophers adhere to the post-Descartes belief in the confinement of consciousness to the human brain - it is created therein and ends with the end of the life of that brain. Of course this disregards issues such as eternal life, reincarnation, and the extraterrestrial and extradimensional aspects of consciousness, whilst also constraining it to a physical location. In fact, consciousness is non-physical, corporeal, eternal and universal. This was recognised before the advent of modern science and before the revelations of its extraterrestrial dimensions.
